Hi all, livehelp can be accessed down the bottom right on this page now: https://www.adultwork.com/Help.asp
if its not showing, its probably not online.
The current time for it being online is Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Sporadic outages may occur during the beta phase.

Thanks admin. Another board user tried to use live help earlier today and was asked for information that made it sound very suspicious. Usernames I understand but she was also asked for her password. It's my understanding that this should never happen no matter the site?

Hi, usually two random characters only never the full password. Only AW livehelp and Actfair Livehelp will ask for these.

Can I just ask for clarification of the wording for such an important matter.
Am I right to say 'usually' could be helpfully changed to 'only' (and delete original 'only') and 'these' refers to two random characters.
Not trying to be picky; I just thought it helpful.

I used the live help chat a few weeks ago and the guy managed to go into my profile and sort something out for me then and there, very helpful.
