I've got a fantasy to be on cam with a cam girl to have guys chatting to and directing us. Does anyone offer this service ? Preferably around Central London area.

Sadly it's not as simple as that. You need to be age verified to appear on cam. Any provider allowing you to casually appear via her profile will risk losing her AW account...
