Professional photographer offering boudoir photos/videos in London, based in the SW - PG Photos - 22-07-2017

Hello,

I'm a professional photographer offering discrete services for escorts, my AW profile has all the details.

The main difference with myself is you get a copy of everything I take on the day. I ask all models I work with to sign a Model Release Form, which signs the copyright over to you, this means you have full control over the images. I never use any images without your expressed permission.

I will then edit a good selection for you (or of you choosing). The editing is very mild, bring up shadows, adjust colours etc. I do not 'photoshop' the images, I want you to look as natural as possible, so I will help you pose and relax and make the shoot as much fun as possible. I will edit to blur your face/tattoos.

My AW profile has lots of examples of my work.

I am based in the South West, but I often work in London and do the occasional tour, I'm planning on being in Newcastle and Manchester in August, but dates are tbc.

Hi PG Photos,

Can you please explain to the forum members the difference between your Model Release form and the UK standard version as written for The Royal Society of Photographers?

It is Industry standard that The Model Release form, means the model is actually "Releasing" her rights to the images over the rights of the Owner ; that is The Photographer.
The photographer is actually the one who owns the images!!
Although in some cases the model may be given rights to publish images she has posed and paid for. For example, posting these on Adultwork, social media etc.

What do you do with the images you have taken?
Do you ever publish them?
How are they stored?
Where are they stored and for how long?

It is industry standard that the photographer owns the images, except sometimes in the case where he is in the employment of say a newspaper, and he is taking photographs as an employee of that publication.

Can you please tell us a little more about your procedures?
Thank you.

Caroline, I thought exactly the same about the model release form. The information in the 'advert' is therefore a little misleading and a bit fishy as there's no actual website link

Hello,

I use the term Model Release Form, that's probably not the right wording. In terms of the law, me (as the photograph) own the copyright, but my MRF signs the copyright over to the model I'm working with. That way, she (or he) owns the copyright and can use the images as they wish. I only get to post images with their permission, either via a PM, email or text, but something stating 'Yes you may use that image'.

I have worked with several girls who's images I would have loved on my portfolio, but they have said no, so I haven't used them.

They are stored on external HDDs that I have. The only time they are on line is on a secure website (with password protection) that is only shared with the model. I usually keep them on there for good.

I like to go through everything with the model on before hand, to explain everything. On the day of the shoot, the first thing I do is sit down with whoever I might be working with and go through the MRF (I'm going to have to change the name of that) and sign it with her (or him), on there is clearly states that by signing the model has full copyright over the images and I cannot use them without their permission, but the model can use them at her discretion.

I hope that's made sense. I always consider the images I take as belonging to the model I'm working with, so she doesn't have to worry about where they might end up, since I only use ones with permission. I'm happy to send people a copy of the MRF so they can read it first.

My website is linked, just under my name here and there is also a link on my AW profile. Since I haven't been here before, I wasn't sure about posting a non-AW link, but it's clearly on my profile.

I'd just like to say that I have had 2 shoots with PG and have known him via another forum for over 12 months.

PG has been nothing but professional, he has also listened to advice and guidance from within the industry. He is certainly not someone who has waltzed in thinking he knows everything, I was sceptical of the MRF because I too believed that it was useless. Whether it's useless or not PG asks everytime before using my images. I am very careful who I use, I've seen the quality of his work improve greatly over time and will be booking him again in the future, it is he who made the video I posted onto AW and my own website (where it can have music attached) last week.

In case anyone is wondering I have never had any sexual contact with PG, and I pay him his usual rates for each photoshoot.

I also understand he has both a website and AW profile, and has now purchased his own domain name.

Thanks Strawberry Blonde, it's always good to get testimonials from other women and it's good to know that PG has good work ethics.

I need some pics for another site and up until now have only used selfies so I'm looking for a good photographer who respects our needs and acts professionally.

Bump on this. I've had to have a few months off with a broken foot, I'm still in a cast, but I'm planning on returning for May. I'm taking bookings for the South West and in London.

I also have two tours planed in Newcastle/Glasgow, then Glasgow/Manchester, dates tbc, but I'm busting to get back behind the camera.
