I want to download my own movie back onto my computer is this possible?

Hi, i dont believe its possible sorry. Livehelp may be able to help possibly. Before the new software you could of bought it from yourself and downloaded it normally but the new video player doesnt allow this.

Hi, small addition. Rentals can be downloaded, but they are only viewable for a set amount of time (set by performer).
