Hi girls, just cam it wont let me log in, iv forgotten how to change the  server slightly so it then lets you log in, does anyone know?

ive tried different options for getting on but to no availo, just want to know im not alone

I had the same message on Wednesday but was eventually able to log in-
I emailed JCI, got a way over my head response, they also advised me Windows was outdated (7)
Hope you managed to log in eventually - I've been ok yesterday and today so far - fingers crossed x
