Hey there. I have had this happen to me several times (that I am aware of, its only when a regular has let me know that I have been made aware of it)
I have contacted the help desk and was told that it usually 'sorts itself out' which was super unhelpful. I tried to get it resolved but they said that they would only investigate it when a caller got in touch with them with the call time, date, details etc.......not something I was ok asking a caller to do
Frustrating when you are sat there and nothing comes through !!!
