Hi, means a lock has been enabled on your account. A number of reasons why, only AW will know, I suggest Livehelp.
Any ongoing webcam booking disputes at the moment?
Same happened to me. Seems like bank details is the the only way they will let me remove it or is there some other way to remove the lock? Tried with mobile but text doesn’t go through.
