hey girls, please please can somebody help me, i just tried logging onto just cam it, logs me in fine. but my cam isnt showing or working, there arent even any options for it, its just blank ive tried closing the page and refreshing and checked my settings but nothing.
please can anyone help?!! x
Hi, is that the online version of justcamit or the downloaded one?
If downloaded, what version of JCI have you got?
Are your camera drivers up to date?
Does the camera work on other things, eg skype ok?

Hi, I've also had the same problem over the last 24hrs. I use the online version and both the laptop and external cam work fine outside of justcamit. How do I fix it? Thanks.x
